You may notice a small red light on the side of the battery, even when it is fully charged. This is completely normal and simply acts as a reminder function—it does not affect charge, performance, or safety. Always check the battery status on the bike display or the charging cable light (Green = fully charged).

Battery care tip: Fully charge your battery before your first ride. Never leave your battery on charge overnight. After riding, allow at least 1–2 hours for the battery and motor to cool before charging. This helps maintain battery health and long-term performance.

At Eevo, we prioritise rider safety. To ensure the best experience on your e-bike, we strongly recommend following these guidelines:

• Always wear a helmet – Protect yourself with an approved helmet every time you ride.
• Wear appropriate footwear – Covered-toe shoes provide better grip and protection.
• No riders under 16 – We recommend riders are over the age of 16 to ride unaccompanied.
• Ride at your own risk – Every rider is responsible for their own safety while operating an Eevo e-bike.
• Know the road laws – Before riding, familiarise yourself with the e-bike regulations in your state to ensure compliance.
