Warranty Claim Checklist

Before you begin, please make sure you have all the required information ready. Below is a list of what you'll need when submitting a warranty claim:

• A detailed description of the fault.
• Photo or video evidence, including the serial number of the part if possible (e.g. frame, battery, motor).
• Proof of purchase or your Eevo order number.

How to make a warranty claim

Once you've gathered everything, simply fill out the form to start a claim with Eevo Motors or request a spare part.
