PRODUCT WARRANTY
If any original Eevo component is found to be defective in materials or workmanship during its warranty period, we will repair or replace the part. Coverage includes full parts and labour for the first 6 months, and parts only (labour not included) for the remainder of the warranty period.
Warranty Periods
- Frame, motor, battery, and controller – 24 months
- Gears, brakes and display – 12 months
- Tyres, brake pads, stands, and cables – 60 days
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Tyre punctures
- Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Rust, corrosion, water damage, or exposure to salt and other elements
- Improper assembly, insufficient maintenance, or unapproved modifications
- Use of the bike for commercial purposes
- Failure to service the bike within 6 months or 1,000 km (whichever comes first)
- Installation or repairs by non-approved technicians
- Transportation charges or third-party mechanic fees
Note: Your Eevo Bike is water resistant under normal use but not waterproof. It can withstand light rain, but should not be submerged or used in heavy downpours.
Voiding the Warranty
The warranty will be void if:
- The speed limiter is tampered with to exceed 25 km/h
- The bike is used outside of normal riding activities
- Unauthorised modifications or aftermarket parts are installed
- Assembly or servicing is not performed correctly or with approved providers
Assembly Notes
Due to shipping movement, some minor component adjustments (e.g. brakes, derailleur) may be required during setup. Instructions are available on our website. Improper assembly or setup is not covered under warranty.
Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Proof of purchase is required. All warranty claims must be submitted via our online claim form. Before submitting a claim, ensure you have the following:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the fault (including serial number if visible)
- Proof of purchase or your Eevo order number
Process
- Complete the Warranty Claim Form
- Our technical team will assess your claim
- You may be asked to perform troubleshooting steps
- All returns and associated shipping are at the customer’s expense unless otherwise arranged
