At Eevo, we develop high-performance EVs that are built to last, and we stand by this with a 2-year warranty. We recommend an annual service, which can be undertaken at any reputable bike service shop. Eevo will provide service support to any owner or service company and warrant the supply of parts. Upon purchase, you simply register your local bike service company, and Eevo will contact them to ensure ongoing service.
At Eevo, we take pride in developing high-performance EVs that are built to last. To support this, we offer a comprehensive warranty:
- Frame, Battery, Motor and Controller: Covered for 24 months.
- Gears, Brakes and Display: Covered for 12 months.
- Tires, Brake Pads, Stands and Cables: Covered for 60 days.
Warranty Conditions
- Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
- Warranty is void if the bike is used commercially, damaged in an accident, modified without approval, or not assembled/maintained correctly
- Proof of servicing every 6 months (or 1,000 km) by an approved provider is required
Important
To activate your warranty, please register your bike via our Warranty Registration Form shortly after purchase.
Our bikes come 85% assembled for your ease. All you need to do is attach the handle bars, install the front disc brake and mount the front wheel. We have an in depth user manual which will guide you through the process in less than 15mins. Alternatively, we can have the bike shipped to your local servicing agent for you to pick up assembled.

When it comes to e-bikes, don’t settle for untested battery setups. EevoVolt’s Battery Management System (BMS) delivers peak performance and uncompromising safety by automatically detecting faults and optimising power output for a dependable ride. Combined with Eevo’s Electronic Management System (EMS), the X Cite offers smarter energy control, enhanced efficiency, and high-performance power delivery—so you can ride with complete confidence.
You may notice a small red light on the side of the battery, even when it is fully charged. This is completely normal and simply acts as a reminder function—it does not affect charge, performance, or safety. Always check the battery status on the bike display or the charging cable light (Green = fully charged).
Battery care tip: Fully charge your battery before your first ride. Never leave your battery on charge overnight. After riding, allow at least 1–2 hours for the battery and motor to cool before charging. This helps maintain battery health and long-term performance.
At Eevo, we prioritise rider safety. To ensure the best experience on your e-bike, we strongly recommend following these guidelines:
- Always wear a helmet – Protect yourself with an approved helmet every time you ride.
- Wear appropriate footwear – Covered-toe shoes provide better grip and protection.
- No riders under 16 – We recommend riders are over the age of 16 to ride unaccompanied.
- Ride at your own risk – Every rider is responsible for their own safety while operating an Eevo e-bike.
- Know the road laws – Before riding, familiarise yourself with the e-bike regulations in your state to ensure compliance.
